“Les Crosets is situated within the Les Port du Soleil region, and is linked to Portes du Soleil and Avoriaz, which makes it a great base for exploring the region. The runs here offer something for everyone, with a number of good runs for beginners and intermediates, experts have some good black runs and great off-pistes. Apres Ski in Les Crosets is a little on the quiet side, with a limited nightlife.”

An excellent ski hamlet just over the "White Wall of Death" from Avoriaz. Part of the Portes Du Soleil. Rotaski's first trip saw 44 participants travel to the Portes du Soleil where Kilo skied the White Wall of Death without falling over and Ian fell over without skiing the 'White Wall of Death' Martin (aka Stotty, Victoria or Peggy) joins for his first ski trip and due to 'chatting up the ladies' ends up on a black run with Trish, when neither of them have ever put skis on before. Both had very black & bruised buttocks for the rest of the week !
A second visit to Avoriaz & Les Crosets was an unscheduled stop as Ade & Roy travelled back to Geneva to get Ade a new passport when we were in Verbier. Kilo & Stakesy were dropped off at Champery and met up with the Darlo lads who were in Les Gets for the week. This time the 'Wall of Death' had to be skiied in thick fog but thankfully there no falls again.
