“Livigno, the famous ski resort in the Alpes, invites you to explore the fascinating world of snow, to enjoy your preferred kind of sport. Relax and let yourself be seduced by this exceptional village and its exquisite landscape."
Known as "Little Tibet" as it's high, cold and remote. 115 km of good Skiing and duty free status make it worth visiting. It can get very cold - minus 40 at night when we visited but the first time we encountered a Bombardino, "It's like a bomb!"Livigno had the longest drag in Europe back in 1990 which was the only way up one side of the valley but that has now been replaced with a gondola and a chair.
