Mayrhofen

"157 kilometres of piste, 28 huts and restaurants, 49 lifts and 100 hectares of piste (with snow machines) - the greater "Zillertal 3000" ski region is extended from Mayrhofen by the Penkenbahn and from Schwendau by the Horbergbahn. 
The other ski area of Mayrofen, the Ahorn ski region, is well suited for families. It can also offers ideal practice slopes for beginners and children. The 5,5 kilometres -long valley descent (with snow machines) will appeal to very good skiers. One special feature is Ahorn Kinderland, a large childrenīs playground at an altitude of 2000 metres - somewhere for children to really let off steam in the snow."
